Position Overview:

As a Senior Strategic Partner Executive at DataGuard, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our partner ecosystem. Your expertise will drive the development and execution of a comprehensive partner management strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a robust partner management framework to fulfill our strategic objectives.
  • Identify and engage with high-potential partners across various market segments.
  • Oversee the seamless onboarding process for new partners, ensuring ongoing support and training throughout their engagement.
  • Collaborate with existing partners at all organizational levels to enhance mutual success.
  • Work closely with top-tier Go-to-Market partners to create effective business plans and joint initiatives.
  • Assist channel partners in securing key deals to optimize success rates.
  • Establish and lead a dedicated partner management team aligned with our growth ambitions.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales through partner channels.
  • Proven track record in developing growth initiatives in dynamic settings.
  • A degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or digital business frameworks.
  • Knowledge in areas such as Cybersecurity, Compliance, or IT infrastructure.
  • A positive mindset with the ability to excel in a scaling organization.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities and strong communication skills in both German and English.
