We create white-label public charging solutions tailored for automotive OEMs and fleet operators, enabling seamless access to a wide network of Charge Point Operators (CPO).

Role Overview

As a Senior Partner Account Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of our key strategic partner accounts, fostering and nurturing robust relationships that contribute to our business expansion.

  • Utilize your proactive and engaging personality to cultivate strong connections with partners and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate expertise in managing accounts comprehensively while leading large-scale, intricate projects across diverse teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external B2B partners, while coordinating effectively with internal cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure the successful onboarding, integration, and operation of B2B partners by managing all essential stakeholders, including Commercial Partner Operations, Technical Partner Management, Legal, Procurement, Product Management, IT, and Finance & Accounting.
Candidate Profile
  • Over 8 years of experience in business development, partner and account management, sales, or related fields.
  • More than 4 years of experience managing complex IT and software projects (Agile/Scrum).
  • Experience in the electric vehicle charging sector with a well-established network among key industry players is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport across various business domains.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, coupled with a strong sense of accountability, enabling the cultivation of partnerships throughout Europe.
  • Excellent self-management, problem-solving, and project management capabilities, with a knack for navigating complex issues across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and trends to inform decisions regarding financial performance and growth opportunities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in contracts and agreements.
  • A dependable team player with a positive and collaborative attitude, capable of adapting to new challenges and working effectively with diverse personalities and departments.
