Your RoleAs a Senior Partner Account Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of our key strategic partner accounts, fostering and nurturing robust relationships that propel business growth.
- Exhibit a proactive and engaging personality, utilizing your interpersonal and communication skills to establish strong connections with partners and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate expertise in managing accounts comprehensively while steering large-scale, intricate projects across diverse teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison for external B2B partners, acting as the central project leader within the cross-functional DCS organization.
- Effectively coordinate and influence all essential stakeholders (e.g., Commercial Partner Operations, Technical Partner Management, Legal, Procurement, Product Management, IT, Finance & Accounting) to ensure successful B2B partner onboarding, integration, and operations, achieving project goals related to budget, quality, and timelines.
- Over 8 years of experience in business development, partner and account management, sales, purchasing, or related domains.
- More than 4 years of experience managing complex IT and software projects (Agile/Scrum).
- Familiarity with the EV charging sector and a network of key industry players is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport across various business sectors.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset combined with a strong sense of accountability, enabling you to cultivate partnerships throughout Europe.
- Excellent self-management, problem-solving, and project management capabilities, with the ability to navigate complex topics across cross-functional teams.
- Strong business insight, with the capacity to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions regarding financial performance and growth opportunities.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure contracts and agreements are precise and comply with legal standards.
- A dependable team player with a positive, collaborative attitude, capable of adapting to new situations and effectively engaging with diverse personalities and departments.
