Job Scope

This role presents a unique opportunity to join a dynamic project where real estate intersects with technology and hospitality. The primary responsibility is to engage with tenants of the real estate fund and present the opportunities offered by this innovative concept.

In this high-impact role, you will work directly with the co-founders, contribute to the growth of the product, and play a key role in delivering value to our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities


  • Take responsibility for the whole B2B sales process
  • Identify and qualify leads within the real estate fund's network of tenants
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote flexible workspace and hospitality solutions
  • Reach out to decision makers proactively via phone and email
  • Prepare and develop sales material
  • Conduct demos, lead negotiations, close contracts, and support implementation
  • Prepare phone pitches and email templates
  • Handover to Operations to onboard new clients

The Ideal Candidate

  • Gained first experience in Sales Management, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Has a strong passion for integrating hospitality into the world of commercial real estate
  • Speaks fluent German and English
  • Will be based in Germany, with the ability to travel
  • Operates with an open mind and consistently questions the status quo
