Aktuell haben wir im Hilton Mainz folgende Vakanz: Sales Coordinator. Die Stelle ist unbefristet und in Vollzeit zu besetzen.

**Was werde ich tun?**

Als Sales Coordinator unterstützt Du das Team administrative und in der Kundenbetreuung. Dabei berichtest Du an den/die Director of Sales und unterstützt diese/n beim Aus
- und Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen. Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören im Wesentlichen:

- Administrative Unterstützung der Sales-Abteilung
- Bearbeitung der anfallenden Geschäftskorrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Erstellung von Firmenverträgen und das Laden der Firmenraten
- Organisation von Kundenveranstaltungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Sales Team
- Monatliches Reporting des Sales-Teams
- Hausführungen in Deutsch und Englisch
- Zusammenarbeit mit den überregionalen sowie internationalen Sales-Offices

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Ausbildung im Hotelfach oder touristisches Studium
- Freude am Umgang mit Kunden, Gästen und einem internationalen Kollegenkreis
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gutes Organisations
- und Zeitmanagement
- Gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Kenntnisse in MS-Office (Excel/Power Point)
- Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
