Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, handling their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
    • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Service Support
    • Provide support for accounts, handling service issues, invoicing questions, and research for individual client requests.
  • Domain Management
    • Manage a portfolio of domain names, trademarks, and brand protection business to help protect and secure our clients' global internet brands.
  • Order Fulfillment
    • Take and fulfill orders, partnering with our clients to become their trusted advisor.
  • Revenue Growth
    • Identify new revenue opportunities and enhancements to product offerings.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Cooperate with Service Support teams to complete internal and external customer orders.
  • Product Development
    • Assist Product Managers with brand launches, problem-solving, product development, and troubleshooting.
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Understand and communicate industry changes and new product offerings to clients.
  • Research and Analysis
    • Conduct research and analysis of customer data.
  • Demonstrations
    • Conduct online demonstrations for clients and sales staff.

Requirements

  • Language Skills
    • Fluency in English and German is required. Any additional language is a plus.
  • Experience
    • Experience in a similar customer service-oriented role is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Organizational Skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
  • Attention to Detail
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work, unsupervised, under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Results-Oriented
    • Previous experience in producing quality results with high attention to detail.

    • Ability to be direct, open, and honest when dealing with customers and co-workers.
