Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Sachbearbeiter im Customer Service, der unsere Kunden in allen Fragen rund um die Aufträge und die interne Schnittstelle für alle Kundenbelange unterstützt.

Aufgaben
  • Erfassung der Serienaufträge in unserem ERP-System
  • Erstellen von Produktionsaufträgen für unsere Standorte im Ausland
  • Auftragsterminierung und Terminverschiebung koordinieren
  • Auftragsbestätigung an den Kunden versenden
  • Verwaltung der Konsignationslager
  • Steuerung des Versands und Rechnungserstellung
  • Kundenbetreuung am Telefon und per E-Mail
  • Interne Kommunikation bzgl. allgemein anfallenden Themen
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Alternativ Berufserfahrung im Customer Service eines produzierenden Unternehmens oder vergleichbarer Tätigkeit
  • Ein Gespür für technische Abläufe wäre von Vorteil
  • Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • hohes Engagement, Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit modernen EDV-Systemen (MS-Office-Anwendungen und ERP-Systeme)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
