CYBEX GMBH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of products and resolve any delivery-related issues.
- Support the accounts payable and finance department with administrative tasks and data entry.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, key accounts, and distribution partners, providing timely and effective communication.
- Perform administrative and organizational tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the customer service department.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a fair and professional manner.
- Assist with after-sales support and resolve any customer concerns.
Requirements:
- College or commercial education with a focus on customer service or a related field.
- Relevant work experience as an office administrator or in a customer-facing role.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, including conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Experience in export and international trade.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Word.
- SAP/ERP knowledge is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
