Your Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in customer loyalty programs
- Collaborate with our sales team to design tailored solutions that meet the unique needs and challenges of our clients
- Bring your creative spark to the table, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives to our sales process
- Present your findings and recommendations to clients, colleagues, and management through engaging project presentations and workshops
- Currently studying economics, aviation management, tourism, or a related field
- Passionate about innovation and digital trends in CRM and loyalty programs
- Practical experience and a proven ability to work independently and autonomously
- Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to question the status quo
- Proficient in Microsoft Office365 and comfortable communicating and documenting in English
- A dynamic team environment with a hands-on mentality
- A range of flexible time models to suit your needs, from 32 to 80 hours per month
