Job Title: German Junior Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented German-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Barcelona, Spain.

About the Role:

As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, creating impactful PPC campaigns, and driving upselling and sustainable ad spending. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, and optimize ad performance to achieve the best possible results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new clients and create impactful PPC campaigns.
  • Understand client needs and goals to optimize ad performance.
  • Drive upselling and sustainable ad spending.
  • Manage a high volume of daily phone consultations with potential clients.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent; a Masters in Marketing or Communications is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
  • Strong communication skills for phone consultations and proposal writing.
  • Excellent time management and analytical abilities.
  • Fluent in German (C2 level) and proficient in English.
  • In possession of a EU member state passport or a valid Residence Permit for Spain.

  • Salary: EUR 23,876 + up to EUR 3,408 in bonuses.
