Commercial Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Rail-Flow GmbH. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through cold and warm acquisition, leveraging marketing campaigns, trade show visits, and other activities.
- Prepare, conduct, and follow up on customer meetings, both remotely and on-site, with and without product demonstrations for all management levels of potential customers.
- Create proposals, negotiate, and finalize customer contracts.
- Identify and close cross-selling opportunities between our platform solutions for the same customer.
- Manage your own customer accounts after the implementation phase.
Sales Management and Product Development:
- Target new customers and generate a sales pipeline.
- Identify opportunities for further development of existing products to increase product benefits and revenue, and develop corresponding concepts together with internal contacts.
- Create partnerships with suitable partners to expand the marketing or use of our solutions.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in selling B2B software, preferably in the transport management sector.
- Strong team skills, negotiation skills, and persistence are essential for success in this role.
- You are highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Excellent listening, presentation, and communication skills at all business levels, as well as good interpersonal sensitivity.
- Knowledge in intermodal logistics is a plus.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
