Job Title: Commercial Category Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Category Lead to join our global team in Frankfurt. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing commercial performance of a portfolio of products under Shark-Ninja Brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute category strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement commercial plans.
  • Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial reviews to drive short-term and long-term actions.
  • Manage product portfolio, including pricing, SKU additions, and discontinuations.
  • Optimize promotional planning and react to market situations.
  • Prepare and manage category budgets, including sales forecasts and promotional spend.
  • Track and analyze category financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in category or commercial management.
  • Fluent English and German.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and critically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Problem-solving and initiative.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
