Als Teamleitung (m/w/d) Qualitätssicherung im Bereich Software-Produktion bei medatixx GmbH & Co. KG übernehmen Sie die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Mitarbeiter sowie die Verantwortung für die Qualitätssicherung und Qualitätskontrolle unserer Softwarelösungen.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Mitarbeiter
  • Die Verantwortung für die Qualitätssicherung und Qualitätskontrolle unserer Softwarelösungen
  • Die Weiterentwicklung unserer Testautomatisierung und die Erarbeitung von Konzepten im Bereich Testdatenmanagement
  • Die Optimierung der Testabläufe in Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung und dem Produktmanagement
  • Die Administration und Wartung der Testinfrastruktur zur Testdurchführung
Ihr Profil
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik
  • Mehrjährige relevante Führungserfahrung und fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Softwaretest und Testautomatisierung
  • Ideal: erste ISTQB-Zertifizierungen
  • Eine selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse zur Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter
