Your Role
As a Healthcare Software Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Performing systematic evaluations of the latest medatixx practice software to ensure quality before updates.
- Creating test scenarios that simulate clinical environments for effective software utilization.
- Reproducing standard procedures typical in a medical office during testing, including the entry of patient data.
- Documenting test results, tracking error reports, and ensuring issues are addressed until resolution.
- Collaborating effectively with software developers and fellow testers in a team-oriented environment.
Your Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A completed training as a medical assistant, practice manager, or a similar qualification in the healthcare field.
- A solid understanding of digital workflows within medical practices and experience with practice management software.
- Familiarity with the German healthcare system and knowledge of KV billing processes is advantageous.
- A commitment to high-quality standards and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
- Proficiency in the German language.
