Your Role
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will:
- Conduct thorough testing of the latest medatixx practice software to ensure high quality before updates are released.
- Create test scenarios to simulate the use of software in a clinical setting.
- Follow standard procedures typical of a medical office during testing, including patient data entry.
- Document test results, track error reports, and ensure issues are addressed until resolved.
- Collaborate effectively with software developers and testers within a cohesive team environment.
Your Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A completed training as a medical assistant, practice manager, or a related qualification in the healthcare field.
- A solid understanding of digital workflows in medical practices and experience with practice management software.
- Familiarity with the German healthcare system and knowledge of KV billing processes is advantageous.
- A commitment to high quality standards and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent proficiency in the German language.
