Quality Assurance Specialist in Medical Software

Your Role
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough testing of the latest medatixx practice software to ensure quality before updates are implemented.
- Creating test scenarios for the software in a simulated clinical setting.
- Following standard procedures typical of a medical office during testing, including the entry of patient data.
- Documenting test results, tracking error reports, and ensuring issues are addressed until resolved.
- Collaborating with software developers and testers as part of an integrated team.
Your Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A completed training as a medical assistant, practice manager, or a related qualification in the healthcare field.
- A solid understanding of digital workflows in medical practices and experience with practice management software.
- Familiarity with the German healthcare system and knowledge of KV billing processes is advantageous.
- A commitment to high quality standards and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent proficiency in the German language.
