Role Overview

Your Responsibilities
- Execute systematic testing of the latest medatixx practice software to ensure quality before updates are released.
- Create test scenarios for software use in a simulated clinical setting.
- Follow standard procedures typical of a medical office during testing, including the entry of patient data.
- Document test results, track error reports, and ensure follow-up until issues are addressed.
- Collaborate effectively with software developers and testers as part of a unified team.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a medical assistant, practice manager, or a related qualification in the healthcare field.
- Ideally, possess a strong understanding of digital workflows in medical practices and experience with practice management software.
- Familiarity with the German healthcare system and knowledge of KV billing processes is preferred.
- Demonstrate high quality standards and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Excellent proficiency in the German language is essential.
