Your Responsibilities

1. Execute systematic testing of the latest medatixx practice software to ensure quality before updates are released.
2. Create test scenarios for utilizing the software in a simulated clinical setting.
3. Follow standard procedures typical of a medical office during testing, including patient data entry.
4. Document test results, track error reports, and ensure follow-up until all issues are resolved.
5. Collaborate effectively with software developers and testers as part of a unified team.

Your Profile

- Completed training as a medical assistant, practice manager, or a related qualification in the healthcare field.
- Ideally, possess a strong understanding of digital workflows in medical practices and experience with practice management software.
- Familiarity with the German healthcare system and knowledge of KV billing processes is advantageous.
- Demonstrate high quality standards and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent proficiency in the German language is essential.
