Your Role

As a Clinical Software Tester, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing systematic evaluations of the latest medatixx practice software to uphold quality standards before software releases.
  • Creating detailed test scenarios that replicate a medical practice environment for thorough software assessment.
  • Following standard operational procedures typical of a medical office during testing, including the management of patient data.
  • Recording testing results, tracking error reports, and ensuring all issues are addressed until resolution.
  • Collaborating effectively with software developers and fellow testers in a team-oriented environment.

Your Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A completed qualification as a medical assistant, practice manager, or a related field in healthcare.
  • A strong understanding of digital workflows in medical practices and experience with practice management software is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the German healthcare system and knowledge of KV billing processes is beneficial.
  • A commitment to high-quality standards and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Fluency in German with excellent communication skills.
