About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our Finance & Legal department at Westwing Group SE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating transparency on general, administrative, and marketing costs across the entire Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the FP&A & Controlling team in creating financial transparency and insights to inform top management decisions.
  • Manage and transform the financial closing process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams, functions, and countries to drive financial planning and analysis.
  • Provide financial analyses and recommendations to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, and provide improvement suggestions to optimize financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial planning processes for group-wide general, administrative, and marketing costs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis, controlling, or finance.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to understand complex financial data.
  • Experience in identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing processes and improving them.
  • Professional experience in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of ownership, drive, and ability to organize.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and convincing manner to different seniority levels.
  • Fluency in English.
