We are seeking a highly skilled FPA & Controlling Manager to join our Finance & Legal department at Westwing Group SE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving financial planning and analysis processes, providing strategic insights to top management, and collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
- Provide analytical support to the Finance Executive Team, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the CFO and members of the Executive team
- Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, and provide recommendations for improvement
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis, controlling, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive complex projects forward
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
