Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of financial planning and analysis processes to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Executive Team to provide strategic and operational insights to inform key business decisions.
  • Manage and transform the financial closing process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across teams, functions, and countries to drive financial planning and analysis initiatives.
  • Provide analytical support to inform top management decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure business stability and growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis, controlling, or finance.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with complex, unstructured tasks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different seniority levels.
  • Fluency in English.
