Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and reports to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Financial Operations: Oversee financial processes, including budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with Product and Project Managers, as well as department directors, to create accurate and achievable project forecasts.
- Financial Leadership: Inspire excellence within our finance team, managing and overseeing their work with precision and mentorship.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in financial accounting and controlling or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial processes and controls.
- Fluency in both German and English languages, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across multicultural teams.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, a related field, or equivalent practical experience obtained in the industry.
- Thorough knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial activities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of tackling challenges with creativity and precision.
