About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Process Specialist to join our Global Sales Team in Germany. As a Sales Process Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales channel and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • License compliance administration according to company policy.
  • Lead quality check (quality of company, address, etc.).
  • Lead distribution to partners according to GERAUT rules.
  • Coverage of administrative tasks of successfully closed cases.
  • Maintain contact with external lawyers on the process of new or existing cases.
  • Generate multiple direct customer communications by email or letter.
  • Contact person for partners to help in daily AP process questions.

Lead Management

  • Track lead distribution carried out by marketing.
  • Follow up the leads with partners according to the GS lead reporting rules.
  • Continuous reporting on overall lead activities and also on special cases to the responsible manager.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sales admin or sales coordination experience is an advantage.
  • Can be a beginner out of school with the right personality.
  • Good communication skills are a must.
  • Fluent German and good English.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage.
