About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Smart Reporting GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating and refining a sales playbook tailored to our key customer segments and products, ensuring our sales team has the tools they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Playbooks: Create and refine a sales playbook that aligns with our business goals and customer needs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance our sales operations, including customer qualification and discovery, CRM system setup and maintenance, and quoting and invoicing processes.
  • Sales Dashboards and Reporting: Establish and maintain sales dashboards and a reporting framework to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Sales Training and Enablement: Assist in the development of sales training materials to ensure our team is well-equipped to meet their goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent education.
  • Experience: Relevant internship or work experience in sales operations, preferably within a start-up environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, with experience in HubSpot being a significant advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on, independent, and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Language: Business fluent proficiency in English; German is a plus.
