Student Assistant, IT HR Data Management

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-focused Student Assistant to support the updating and management of data within our Human Resource Management (HRM) system, along with various administrative functions. This position is perfect for a student eager to acquire hands-on experience in human resources and data management while enhancing the effectiveness and precision of our HR processes.

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
  • Detect and rectify any discrepancies or errors in the HRM system data to uphold the integrity of employee information.
  • Input new employee records, ensuring all mandatory fields are filled out correctly.
  • Assist in preparing HR-IT related communications and documentation.
  • Engage in HR projects and initiatives, providing assistance with data-related tasks and activities.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the HR operational ecosystem and the various stages of the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HRM systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with care.
  • Experience in database management is a plus.
  • Strong command of English (both verbal and written) is essential; knowledge of German is an asset.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills are required.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
