Key Responsibilities

Are you currently enrolled in a college or university and eager to acquire your first hands-on experience in a vibrant, innovative, and rapidly expanding technology firm? If so, we invite you to consider this opportunity. We are seeking a dedicated intern (all genders) to assist our HR Operations team with a variety of tasks.

  • Assist the HR department with various daily operations
  • Manage our HR ticketing system and assign tickets to the appropriate team members
  • Ensure that employee and personnel files are maintained accurately and that all documentation is properly recorded
  • Act as an internal point of contact for general employment inquiries, both in person and through our HR ticketing system
  • Oversee the timely completion of job references
  • Independently create employment certificates and other necessary documents
  • Assist employees with visa-related processes
  • Ensure the accuracy and currency of our internal leave management system
  • Enter data and profiles into our HR system independently
  • Take on additional responsibilities based on your individual interests and skill set

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university, focusing on business administration, economics, business psychology, or a related field with an emphasis on human resources
  • Seeking a 6-month mandatory internship as part of your academic program
  • Demonstrated commitment, initiative, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in the HR field
  • A collaborative team player who also possesses the ability to work independently when necessary
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong understanding of customer service
  • Proficient in general IT skills, particularly with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
  • A strong desire to learn, grow, and develop within this role
