Role Overview

Are you currently enrolled in a college or university and eager to acquire hands-on experience in a vibrant and rapidly expanding technology firm? If so, this opportunity is tailored for you. We are seeking a dedicated intern (all genders) to assist our HR Operations team with a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR department with daily operational activities.
  • Monitor our HR ticketing system and assign tickets to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain up-to-date personnel and employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurately filed.
  • Act as a primary contact for general employment inquiries, both in person and through our HR ticketing system.
  • Manage the timely processing of job references.
  • Independently create employment certificates and other necessary documents.
  • Support employees with visa application processes.
  • Ensure the accuracy and currency of our internal leave management system.
  • Enter data and profiles into our HR system with precision.
  • Take on additional tasks based on your personal interests and skills.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university, focusing on business administration, economics, business psychology, or a related field with an emphasis on human resources.
  • Seeking a mandatory internship lasting six months as part of your academic program.
  • Demonstrated commitment, initiative, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in the HR function.
  • A collaborative team player who also possesses the ability to work independently when necessary.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, along with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in general IT skills, particularly with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • A strong desire to learn, grow, and develop within this role.
