Student Assistant, IT HR Data Management

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Student Assistant to support the updating and management of data within our Human Resource Management (HRM) system, while also assisting with various administrative duties. This position is perfect for a student eager to acquire hands-on experience in human resources and data management, contributing to the effectiveness and precision of our HR operations.

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
  • Detect and rectify inaccuracies or discrepancies in the HRM system data to uphold the integrity of employee information.
  • Add new employee entries, ensuring all mandatory fields are filled out correctly.
  • Assist in the creation of HR-IT related communications and documentation.
  • Engage in HR projects and initiatives, providing support in data-centric tasks and activities.
  • Gain an understanding of the entire HR operational framework and each phase of the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HRM systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with care.
  • Experience in database management is a plus.
  • Strong command of English (both verbal and written) is essential; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical thinking are required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
