Are you a versatile IT professional with a knack for practical solutions and experience in MacOS environments? If so, this role is tailored for you. You will be instrumental in managing our IT systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our office IT infrastructure, and addressing all technical challenges on-site.
Your Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries on-site
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Oversee the management and maintenance of all macOS client systems, utilizing centralized administration tools
- Supervise the entire office network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points
- Administer and maintain office IT infrastructure, including printers, telecommunication devices, conference rooms, and displays
- Manage user accounts and permissions across all IT platforms
- Efficiently handle office services such as project management and collaboration tools
- Monitor and address tickets and IT requests
- Implement IT policies and procedures to ensure operational security and efficiency
- Plan and execute IT security initiatives, including the development of security strategies
- Create and maintain support documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials to enhance IT processes
- Ensure employee satisfaction through professional and courteous service
- Possess completed vocational training or education in an IT-related discipline
- Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in line with the job requirements
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with MacOS systems
- Exhibit a patient and service-oriented mindset
- Show strong capability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Fluency in English is essential
