Technical Support Representative

Position Overview:
- Serve as the primary liaison, facilitating communication among manufacturers, clients, and internal teams.
- Provide first-level assistance: Receive, evaluate, and resolve inquiries and technical issues through various channels including phone, email, or a ticketing system.
- Oversee incident management: Document and track incidents, escalating them to the relevant teams as necessary.
- Monitor hardware support requests from clients, coordinating with manufacturers for effective resolutions. Schedule technician visits for replacements and ensure the process is completed satisfactorily.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, documenting solutions and procedures for future reference.
- Work collaboratively with team members on a 24/7 shift basis, offering support in their responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training or equivalent experience; a background in IT is not essential, but strong customer service skills and the ability to handle stress are important.
- Familiarity with ITIL and ticketing systems is beneficial but not required.
- Personable and driven, with previous experience in customer service roles.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in German (C1 level or higher) and English (B2 level or higher) in both spoken and written forms.
