● Experience in financial analysis, including cost-effectiveness assessments.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong organizational and leadership capabilities with a knack for problem-solving.
● Ability to remain composed under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
● Knowledge of management principles and familiarity with company policies.
● Proficiency in both English and German, both written and spoken.
● Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
