Plasma Center Operations Manager

As a Plasma Center Manager at Ruhr Plasma, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our plasma donation center. This includes developing objectives for the center's activities, conducting effective resource planning, and supervising plasma collection duties.
Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing center statistics, assuming responsibility for budgeting and tracking expenses, and hiring, coaching, and providing training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards.
You will also be responsible for evaluating performance with key metrics, preparing reports for the local office, and managing the daily running of the center, including sourcing equipment and applying center strategies and operations.
Furthermore, you will undertake needs assessments, performance reviews, and cost/benefit analyses, set and meet performance targets for efficiency, sales, and quality, and ensure all relevant communications and data are updated and recorded.
You will also advise clients on products and services available, liaise with supervisors, team leaders, operatives, and third parties to gather information and resolve issues, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks.
Finally, you will coordinate staff recruitment and write job adverts, review the performance of staff, identify training needs, and plan training sessions, handle complex customer complaints or inquiries, organize shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand, and coach, motivate, and retain staff.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience as a plasma center manager or similar positions, experience in customer service, knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics, and solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures.
You will also need to have experience in basic financial analysis, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and leadership skills with problem-solving ability, and the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Additionally, you will need to have knowledge of management principles and familiarity with company products, services, and policies, and be fluent in both English and German (reading and writing), and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Finally, you will need to be positive and patient, and have a preference for men.
