Ticketing Fulfilment Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Ticketing Fulfilment Professional at Ticketmaster GmbH, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ticketing processes. Your primary responsibility will be to print, prepare, and send tickets to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure that tickets are printed and dispatched on time.
  • Prepare shipping labels and materials for service providers.
  • Ensure printing quality and avoid customer complaints and the need for reprinting.
  • Manage stock and request materials relevant to the sector, such as envelopes, labels, and printing paper.
  • Import payments and link them to orders.
  • Request refunds in cases of double payment, processing error, or seats running out.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers have the best fan experience possible, from purchase to the day of the event.
  • Contact customers in case of an error in shipping processing, such as problems with the address or failures in the shipping method.
  • Correct and resend tickets in case of a change of address.
Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of logistics and deadlines.
  • Commitment and good teamwork.
  • Hands-on mentality.
  • Basic computer knowledge, Excel would be an advantage.
  • Fluent German language skills. English will be a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Multitasking ability would be considered a differential.
What You Will Be Doing:
  • Book seats for specific events.
  • Re-book seats in case of expired order/late payment.
  • Prepare printing of tickets.
  • Print Tickets and Collectibles on our mass printers.
  • Prepare shipping labels for service providers.
  • Ensure printing quality, avoiding customer complaints and the need for reprinting.
  • Send equipment to customers.
