About the Role

As the Head of SMB AM, you will own the performance and growth of our SMB Merchant portfolio. You will lead from the front, building and driving initiatives that drive growth for our business and merchants. You will also be responsible for developing and managing a high-performing team to achieve sustained success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front, building and driving initiatives that drive growth for our business and merchants.
  • Develop and manage a high-performing team to achieve sustained success.
  • Work closely with regional team leads to drive growth and success.
  • Drive bar-raising performance through quarterly OKRs.
  • Lead across functions, including Marketing, Sales, HR, Recruiting, and Finance.

Requirements

  • Successful track record in Account Management with relevant experience in the German market.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
  • Business-level proficiency in German and English languages.
  • Several years of experience in Key account management and/or revenue-focused teams, with at least 2 years of experience in managing other team leads.
