About the Team

Our SMB AM team is responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with top SMB partners in Germany. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with regional team leads to drive growth and success.

About the Role

As the Head of SMB AM team, you will own the performance and growth of our SMB Merchant portfolio. You will lead from the front, building and driving initiatives that drive growth for our business and merchants. You will also be responsible for developing and managing the team to achieve sustained success.

You'll be successful if you

  • Are passionate about building long-term business relationships
  • Have a successful track record in Account Management with relevant experience in the German market
  • Are skilled at driving business growth and development
  • Have strong analytical skills and are data-driven
  • Have business-level proficiency in German and English languages

  • Is a natural leader with a strong track record of managing teams
  • Has a deep understanding of the German market and SMB landscape
  • Is passionate about driving business growth and development
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
