About the Role

The Head of SMB Account Management will lead the SMB AM team in managing and owning partnerships with top SMB partners in Germany. This role is responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with merchants and driving sustained growth together with them.

About the Team

The SMB AM team is a key part of the Wolt Germany organization, working closely with regional team leads and other commercial teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the SMB AM team to drive performance and growth of the SMB Merchant portfolio.
  • Build and develop the team to manage the growing portfolio.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives across the broader Germany commercial organization.
  • Report into the Commercial Director in the Wolt Germany organization.

Requirements

  • Successful track record in Account Management with relevant experience in the German market.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
  • Business-level proficiency in German and English languages.
  • Several years of experience in Key account management and/or revenue-focused teams, with at least 2 years of experience in managing other team leads.
