Entry-Level Business Consultant for S4/HANA Lead to Cash EMEA Hub

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate specific business needs within the region or segment in relation to the global SAP S/4HANA framework through local fit-gap assessments under the guidance of deputy or hub process leaders.
- Facilitate the adaptation of comprehensive business workflows (including process modeling) to align with FIT4 objectives of harmonization and standardization, collaborating with local business experts on preliminary tasks such as data cleansing.
- Create detailed process maps and models to depict the revised business workflows.
- Establish and implement the Cut-Over strategy, emphasizing data migration and role configuration to ensure a seamless transition.
- Design and manage test scenarios, conducting thorough functional end-to-end testing within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Actively engage in the integration of assigned projects within the region, primarily focusing on a specific segment, and, if necessary, across various business units.
- In collaboration with the training lead, assist in developing training materials and, if needed, conduct training sessions for end users.
- Possess 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the complete business processes related to lead to cash and service to customer.
- Have knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4, with an emphasis on Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Exhibit experience in analyzing business requirements and modeling business processes.
- Show a proven ability to manage complex projects within large international organizations and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Maintain a conceptual, results-driven approach with meticulous attention to detail.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written proficiency in English; proficiency in German or other languages is advantageous.
