About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Expert to join our team at ZEISS. As a Business Expert, you will be responsible for analyzing regional business requirements and adapting end-to-end business processes to meet the needs of our global SAP S/4HANA system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze regional business requirements and conduct fit-gap analyses to identify areas for improvement
  • Drive the adaptation of end-to-end business processes to meet FIT4 goals of harmonization and standardization
  • Develop process maps and models to illustrate adapted business processes
  • Define and execute the Cut-Over strategy for data migration and roles setup
  • Design and own test cases for functional end-to-end testing in the SAP S/4HANA system
  • Contribute to the roll-in of assigned projects in a region, working closely with entity business experts
  • Assist with the creation of training material and end-user training under the coordination of the training lead
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Good understanding of end-to-end business processes for plan to produce and quality management
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP S/4 with a focus on PP and QM
  • Experience with business requirements analysis and business process modeling
  • Proven track record in handling complex projects within larger international companies and various stakeholders
  • Conceptual, results-oriented working style with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, German or other language skills a plus
