We are seeking a highly skilled Business Expert to join our EMEA Hub team. As a Business Expert, you will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, driving process adaptation, and ensuring a smooth transition to our SAP S/4HANA system.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze regional and segment-specific business requirements and conduct fit-gap analyses under the leadership of deputy/hub process owners.
- Drive the adaptation of end-to-end business processes, including process modeling, to achieve harmonization and standardization goals.
- Develop process maps and models to illustrate adapted business processes.
- Define and execute the Cut-Over strategy, focusing on data migration and roles setup, to ensure a seamless transition.
- Design and own test cases, conducting functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system.
- Contribute to the roll-in of assigned projects in a region, primarily within a segment, and across SBUs/segments as needed.
- Collaborate with the training lead to create training material and provide end-user training, if required.
- 3-6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Good understanding of end-to-end business processes for finance and procurement.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP S/4 with a focus on FICO and MM.
- Experience with business requirements analysis and business process modeling.
- Proven track record in handling complex projects within large international companies and various stakeholders.
- Conceptual, results-oriented working style with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and excellent verbal and written English skills. German or other language skills are a plus.
