Senior SAP HANA Business Consultant for Production and Quality Management

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess specific business needs in relation to the global SAP S/4HANA framework through localized fit-gap evaluations under the guidance of deputy or hub process leaders.
  • Facilitate the modification of comprehensive business workflows (including process modeling) to align with FIT4 objectives of standardization and harmonization, collaborating with local business specialists on preparatory tasks such as data cleansing.
  • Create process diagrams and models to represent modified business workflows.
  • Establish and implement the Cut-Over strategy, emphasizing data migration and role configuration to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Design and manage test scenarios, conducting thorough functional end-to-end assessments within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
  • Contribute actively to the integration of designated roll-in initiatives within a specific region (primarily within a segment, and, if necessary, across various SBUs/segments as directed by the regional hub leader).
  • Assist in the development of training materials and, if needed, provide training for end users under the coordination of the training lead.
Qualifications:
  • 2-6 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong grasp of comprehensive business processes related to production planning and quality management.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4, focusing on production planning (PP) and quality management (QM).
  • Experience in analyzing business requirements and modeling business processes.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects within large international organizations and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Conceptual and results-driven approach with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficient in English, with additional language skills in German or other languages considered advantageous.
