The effective distribution of tasks among colleagues is a challenging responsibility:
Who is best suited to take on which task at what time? How do I prevent under- or overloading?
Is the necessary prior knowledge available? Is everything aligned with the client? Is everyone doing well?

We seek those who are socially adept, have experience in managing IT projects, and are passionate about helping a team of skilled software developers improve and enjoy their work.

Responsibilities

Your Role Includes:

  • Engaging with new clients and leads, including initial requirement analysis
  • Supporting project managers in maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Networking and relationship management
  • Processing RFIs/RFPs and creating qualified proposals, even in complex bidding processes
  • Conducting Proof of Concepts (PoCs) in collaboration with software architects and developers
  • Executing campaigns alongside the marketing team
  • Establishing sales processes
  • Representing the company at industry-specific events
Your Profile

We Ideally Expect:

  • Experience in IT sales (3-10 years).
  • Essential: A strong network within the Microsoft ecosystem, ideally having worked at Microsoft or a Microsoft partner
  • A professional demeanor with the ability to assess the needs of others and persuade effectively
  • Awareness of IT trends, market dynamics, and competitors
  • Excellent communication skills and strong presentation abilities
  • Independent and structured work style
  • Team spirit and proactive, solution-oriented thinking
  • Persistence for lengthy sales cycles in a typical "people business" environment
  • Preferably knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies (Azure)
