Your Responsibilities:
- Engaging with new clients and leads, including initial requirements analysis
- Supporting project managers in maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Networking and relationship management
- Handling RFIs/RFPs and crafting qualified proposals, even in complex bidding processes
- Conducting Proof of Concepts (PoCs) in collaboration with software architects and developers
- Executing campaigns alongside the marketing team
- Establishing sales processes
- Representing the company at industry-specific events
What We Ideally Expect from You:
- Experience in IT sales (3-10 years).
- Essential: You have a strong network within the Microsoft ecosystem, ideally having worked at Microsoft or a Microsoft partner.
- You present yourself professionally, adept at assessing the needs of others and persuasive.
- You keep up with IT trends, monitor the market, and competitors.
- You are a strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- You work independently and in an organized manner.
- You possess team spirit and proactive, solution-oriented thinking.
- You have the stamina for lengthy sales cycles in a typical 'people business.'
- Ideally, you have knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies (Azure).
