About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Forderungsmanagement Komposit department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving disputes, and ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data, including account information and payment history.
  • Process and resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, debt management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in SAP FS-CD and other relevant software systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
