As our new Business Development Process Manager, you will take a proactive approach and help us advance to the next level. We are looking for a colleague who will collaborate with a dynamic, innovative, and motivated team at our headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and ensure the proper execution of all agreements, collaborating with various departments. Coordinate the implementation and renewal of contracts to guarantee seamless execution and data integrity in internal systems.
- Supervise the introduction of new logistics flows and locations, ensuring that all financial implications are accurately documented and executed.
- Work closely with the business development team on a daily basis to ensure that all finalized negotiations are properly implemented, and that processes are verified and executed correctly by the relevant departments. Enhance and support business development processes and structures.
- Prepare and oversee relevant reports.
- Assist in the validation of invoices, enforce penalties, and ensure timely processing.
- Regularly verify and ensure data accuracy in internal systems. Provide support for inquiries and regional tasks to the local European team.
- Manage and keep carrier documentation up to date.
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Logistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical abilities, including the capacity to summarize quantitative concepts into an easily understandable format. Attention to detail is essential.
- A passion for driving tasks forward, taking full ownership of projects, and possessing leadership skills that inspire colleagues to pursue opportunities vigorously.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously to meet time-sensitive deadlines while adhering to budget constraints.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with external partners and manage relationships independently.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in German, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese is advantageous.
- Experience in automotive logistics, freight forwarding, finished vehicle logistics, and transportation is beneficial.
