Your Responsibilities
  • Assess and confirm operational and maintenance specifications for equipment procurement processes.
  • Engage in the setup and transition of new machinery, ensuring all preventative maintenance activities are considered.
  • Oversee the achievement of Availability and Performance metrics, collaborating with manufacturing engineers on quality aspects.
  • Conduct repairs, software updates, and coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and contractors for maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure the data generated by machines aligns with production engineering standards for effective SPC management.
  • Facilitate the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) within factory IT frameworks.
  • Validate the functionality of SPC-related components, including alert systems and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance planner to manage critical spare parts inventory.
  • Guarantee the prompt execution of scheduled maintenance and calibration tasks.
  • Act as the primary responder during unexpected equipment failures.
  • Share insights and feedback with other industrial equipment teams, maintaining records of issue management.
  • Lead the design and implementation of upgrades for existing machinery, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Procure new minor equipment or tooling replacements in accordance with acquisition protocols.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in equipment management within manufacturing settings, preferably in automotive or high-volume aerospace sectors.
  • Background in mechanical design with an emphasis on manufacturing systems and work presentation.
  • Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Capability to manage a diverse range of manufacturing equipment, including fixtures and machinery.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction across departments.
  • Proficient in conveying technical information clearly.
  • Ability to coordinate maintenance efforts and ensure task completion.
  • Fluency in English.
