Your Responsibilities:
- Assess operational and maintenance needs during equipment specification and procurement.
- Engage in the commissioning and handover of new machinery, emphasizing preventative maintenance.
- Ensure equipment meets Availability and Performance metrics (OEE) and provide consultation on quality assurance.
- Oversee and execute repairs, software updates, and manage relationships with suppliers and contractors.
- Maintain high data quality from machinery for effective SPC management.
- Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) within factory IT systems and verify SPC alerts and reporting.
- Manage critical spare parts inventory and ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
- Lead and respond to unplanned equipment shutdowns and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent vocational training and further education.
- 3-5 years of experience in equipment management within manufacturing, ideally in the automotive or aerospace industries.
- Strong foundation in mechanical design with an emphasis on manufacturing systems.
- Proficient in preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple priorities and tasks.
- Ability to handle a diverse array of manufacturing equipment, including fixtures and machinery.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
- Fluent in English with business-level proficiency in German.
