Position Overview
The HR Specialist serves as a vital resource for both employees and management, addressing inquiries related to human resources and ensuring adherence to legal and organizational policies.
Scope of Work
- Comprehensive HR Management – Oversee all aspects of human resources from the initial hiring process to employee separation, including meticulous personnel administration and tracking of employee attendance.
- Key Responsibilities – Provide support to the production facility and administrative functions by managing the recruitment cycle, conducting interviews, drafting employment contracts, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Innovative Approach – Embrace a holistic view of HR as a service that spans across departments, actively engaging in the enhancement of processes.
Qualifications
- Educational Background – A degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional training.
- Professional Experience – Prior experience in human resources, particularly in administrative roles, is preferred.
- Competencies – A strong interest in managing the employee lifecycle, proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of labor laws, and familiarity with SAP systems are advantageous.
