We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personnel Specialist to join our team at Radeberger Gruppe. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our employees and management team on all personnel-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance on personnel-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and offboarding.
- Develop and implement effective HR processes and procedures to support business growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and implement new ideas and initiatives to drive business success.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other HR software systems.
