Position Overview

The HR Specialist serves as a vital resource for both employees and management, addressing inquiries and processing requests in accordance with legal standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive HR Management – Oversee all aspects of human resources from the initial onboarding phase to the final offboarding process, ensuring accurate personnel administration and effective monitoring of employee attendance records.
  • Recruitment Support – Collaborate with the production site and administrative teams to facilitate the recruitment cycle, which includes conducting interviews, drafting employment contracts, and managing the onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Process Improvement – Embrace a proactive approach to HR by viewing it as a service that spans multiple departments, and engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background – A degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional training.
  • Professional Experience – Prior experience in human resources, particularly in administrative roles, is preferred.
  • Core Competencies – A strong interest in managing the employee lifecycle, proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of labor laws, and familiarity with SAP systems are advantageous.
